Event Details

In observance of Black History Month, the Library will host an event centered on civil rights and segregation in the 1930s as seen in the context of the film, “To Kill a Mockingbird.” After viewing some key scenes from the movie, participants will be invited between each screening to contribute to a lively discussion of relevant points.

Please join us for a stimulating community conversation on Thursday, February 23, at 6:00 pm. Moderated by Yolanda Roman, Gulfport City Council Member, Ward 3.
